First and foremost, I love quotes and I have always integrated a lot of them in my life. I believe in them because they're simple, short and most often helps me realize the truth. One quote in particular that I like is to "never give up". By never giving up, we have hopes that strengthens us that no matter what happens, we can conquer anything as long as we put our mind into it. This simply means that everything that we do is empowered by our belief system, which gives us the proper mechanism to move forward and pursue it. Regardless of any circumstances, our strength to pursue anything that we want to accomplish is only limited to what we set our mind to. Quite often, we are inhibited by negativity that surrounds us whether it is a wrong turn in our career, relationships, goals or potentially anything that put constraints in our life. There might be times when we are blinded by these things, but that doesn't mean that our life also needs to stop moving forward. At the end of the day, we are still one piece...more or less, we still have a control on things that will bring us closer to happiness, or achieving any goal. While we can't change our environment, the only thing that we have control over is our own selves and only by regaining control over ourselves that we can take control of our external environment and events. Unless we find happiness within ourselves first, we won't be able to find true happiness with others. True love for instance means loving yourself first, then sharing this great experience with others, not the other way around. We focus more on external environments and other people that we tend to ignore ourselves.
Positive thinkers almost never fails because they use positive thoughts to re-enforce their actions and motives. Successful individuals use failures, constraints, negativity, problems and the likes as a means to strengthen them physically and mentally for the future. What makes life so great are the challenges that awaits before us and the thrills of not knowing what the future holds for us. Our true strength really is the power of our mind. As with life, we have options whether setting up goal for ourselves, making ourselves happy or regaining control of our live life, the possibilities are endless. If you don't like something in your life, then take initiative to change it instead of complaining or worrying what will happen next. We only have one life to live and time spent on negative thoughts is just not worth the time. In summary:
- True strength means making the right choices and to never give up no matter what.
- True strength is knowing how to control our own emotions and not let it dictate us.
- True strength is finding the means to succeed despite of challenges and overcoming difficulties.
- Live life to the fullest!
